I hope you are only offering him D3 once....no more than twice a month...?
Jacksons don't require a whole lot of D3. They're primarily found in cloud forests that get a minimal amount of sunlight through the tree canopies. That, and the fact that they are very sensitive to supplementation are the reasons why I only give my Jackson's D3 during the winter months here in Maryland (between November-March) when it's way too cold to leave him outside for an hour of natural sunlight, and I only give him Calcium w/D3 ONCE A MONTH.
In your case, I would rely more on making sure you have a good UV bulb at all times, and/or dusting one of his OTHER feeders with D3 i.e superworm, wax worm, butterworm, roaches, etc. He may just not like the powder on crickets but may take it on some other feeder. The only feeder I dust are superworms, which I give him twice a week. I use them to make sure he's getting his calcium supplement, but also once a month I use them to give him D3 and multivitamins. Superworms are his favorite food item after snails, so he goes for them immediately before the dust can rub off.
Try this, and/or take him outside for at least an hour of sunlight once or twice a week.
