what brand of vitamins and what schedule do i use for my jackson cham i dont know how old he is but now i know your not suppose to give them the stuff with the d3 in it every feeding so i need to know what vitamins i need to go shoping for and what are the best brands to get

sticky tongue seems to be one of the best all around. repcal you can use, there are many other forms you can use. the idea is though, to gutload your feeders well first, provide variety among different insects and only dust maybe once a month.
