Jackson Chameleon humidity

Had a quick question about humidity for my Chameleon. She is in a 18×18×36 screen enclosure. I have rigged a humidifier from walgreens to use for her. How do I keep my humidity up? I can only get it to stay between 45-50 and with it being a screen enclosure, it certainly makes things difficult. Thank you in advance

There are a few things you can do to improve the humidity.

1. Add live plants, but make sure they are non toxic. Pothos plants are my favorite.

Safe plant list here

2. Cover two sides of the enclosure with plastic shower curtains to help hold in the humidity.

I do have a pothos in there. I can certainly close off 2 ends, my only concerns being if it might cut off circulation too much?

Thank you much

I'll second RandJ's add more plants suggestion.
What I do with the plastic is I cut the bottom ends an inch or two short.
For my Jackson's cages I have plastic on 3 sides.
Using a dripper and misting for longer times helps too.

I have put plastic sheeting down the back and one side of Monty's screen cage. Also the weather has a big influence on humidity levels indoors too. Recently we had a cold, dry spell and I struggled with humidity in both Monty's screen acge and Zippy's Exo Terra. I resorted to misting 3 times a day. I also put a heatproof container of water on top of the radiator in the room to try and increase ambient humidity. Also, with a Jackson they don't tend to eat plastic plants so you could hang plastic leaves, etc around the sides to help keep humidity in.
