no the male will stress the female out or vise versa one will die
nice looking xanth. of course all things are relative, and ultimately it boils down to cage size and individual chemistry between the two animals. xanths that dont get along well in an indoor size cage, might do ok housed in a green house, but generally, i would say no for an indoor situation. sometimes 2 female zanths will co-habitate ok in a normal size cham cage, but trying to co-habitate a m/f pair in an indoor size cage will likely lead to problems for the female, but ultimately the biggest factor is chemistry (in terms of compatabilty), some pairs definitely get along better than others, if you feel in control of your husbandry, you could give it a try (keeping an extra close eye on it for a week or two) but, if you are new to jacksons you will have enough of a challenge keeping them healthy when housed seperately. https://www.chameleonforums.com/jackson-chameleons-togather-31971/ jmoi just got a pair of jackson. can male n female cham live in the same cage?
