Jackson birth troubles

Hi i have a Jackson female that yesterday gave birth a dead baby just one she is still very fat so i think she has more babies is this conmon in Jackson ? Do i have to use oxitocyn with her? Any idea will be apreciated

the babies come out motionless, normally the female "lays" them while scraping her back end on a branch to attach the sac to, i let them drop to the ground, it wakes them up to start struggling to move, make sure humidity is very high to help the babies exit the sac (if its too dry the sac will dry up and become tuff and rubbery, making it impossible for the baby to emerge..that baby may have still been alive, it just needs a pat on the back to jump start the process..
