Itchy eye??

I just noticed my guy was rubbing his eye against his hand. I don't see any inflammation or any sort of irritation around the eye itself. He started to shed on his arm yesterday so could it just be irritation???

My girl does this after misting , and a shed . Is he closing it thought the day ? Or Just rubbing ?

I only saw him rub it once but I've never seen him do that before. I'm thinking a water droplet fell in his eye or something

They will rub there eyes to clean them . Just want to keep an eye for closing or cloudiness . My girl was rubbing hers a lot . Then she was not opening them . Her lighting and temps all good , she was eating drinking pooing . Just keeping them closed but that's not normal . We brought her to vet . Vet thought she looked great and her eyes to . The diagnosis with allergy eyes . She had drops for a few days and everything worked out great .
