is this plant safe ?

So I'm getting my panther chameleon this friday, and I'm concerned about the plant that I got for the enclosure. it was supposed to be a scheflera but it is not.
What the guys at the nursery gave me was a Cleyera. I don't know anything about plants but I did my best to research about the plant and see if it is toxic or not. It is not listed on the safe plants list here. But is not either in the toxic ones. In every list of toxicity that I found on google said that the plant is not toxic at all but I'm pretty sure that this is for humans not chameleons. So if someone can help me here it would be great.
Thank you.

Panthers are not known to eat vegetation, but I've seen a few posts on here about their panthers killing plants by gnawing on the branches.

Just because a plant might be safe, doesn't always means it's good for chameleons. The fertilizer requirements might make the plant hazardous for your cham to eat, and that's only if you're able to keep it alive in a chameleon enclosure.

I haven't been able to find anything that suggests that Cleyera are toxic either, but I didn't find any info on indoor care either.

You might want to stick to plants that grow well inside, or in high humidity, and low light.
