Is this normal?

My cham, today, is really shaky and stuttering whilst he is walking.
I tried to hand feed him and he walked up to my hand and just went down into the vines.
He is a luminous green colour right now and I'm just a bit worried because he might not be okay?

I think we're going to need a bit more info than that to be able to help you out. I'm also not sure what it is you mean by stuttering. We'd need a comparison of him today vs. his usual behavior, care, history, etc.

Are you talking about it "rocking" back and forth while moving? If so, this is normal behavior.

They rock back and forth as they walk so they look like a leaf or branch blowing in the breeze , it helps them hide from predators ..

It's called the Cham walk, they all do this as a natural defense to remain camouflaged within their environment.
Clearly it doesn't fool humans though, more entertaining than anything lol.. "I'm a leaf! I'm a leaf! You can't see me.." Yeah I don't fall for it. It's also amusing when they rotate around the branch they are on to try and hide from your line of sight, especially when the branch is much thinner than themselves.
