Is this mouth rot

Hey guys I was just wondering if this is mouth rot. I've had him for 2 weeks and he's had this brownish colour on the ends of his mouth since I got him. I was told he's a one and a half years old. I don't see any orange or weird color in his mouth and I don't see saliva but I'm just curious because it's starting to get me worried. Here are some pics

Hi, it does not look like mouth rot. To me it either looks like shed, maybe he is a sloppy eater and has some bug guts on there or just him throwing odd coloring on those particular scales.

Im pretty sure its not bug guts lol but maybe it is some shed and hopefully nothing serious

It doesnt look alarming to me. Just keep an eye on it, im thinking what ever it is should go away with the next shed.

if you can him to open his mouth you can check the inside of his mouth to see if it looks normal.

I see inside his mouth when hes eating and i don't see anything that isn't normal
