Is this mold/a concern? (White dots in soil)

Here's a picture. Not sure what to think. The soil is 1/2 organic potting soil and 1/2 peat moss. I noticed these today. Any ideas?

Alright. It's odd because it was not there when I first mixed everything.

Could be some type of organism eating the nutrients out of the dirt (i.e. Fungi)
