Is this a hunger strike?!

[Amateur Chameleon]

I have a young adult male Jackson's chameleon. The last time that he ate regularly was back in mid-april. I have even tried hornworms with no luck. i was going to take a fecal to the vet but had one problem. He wont eat, he wont poop. does anyone know what this could be or know how to get him eating again. Any help is appreciated.

Is he holding a sign in protest?
