Use this schedule

MON-FRI-- Calcium w/o D3

SAT- Nothing

SUN-- Alternate calcium w/D3 and a multivitamin

What kind of lighting are you using?

That's actually quite close to the schedule attached to the post...

Look again the schedule is doing it everyother day...

If the chameleon was older say like 8-9 months than I would say feed everyother day and supp

MON, WED, FRI-Calcium

Tues, Thurs, and Saturday- No food

SUN-- Alternate Treat (super worms, horn worms, etc) dusted in calcium D3 or multivitamin

I will use Reptisun 5.0 18'' And a 75w household light in a 8.5'' dimable fixture as basking spot with a thermostat with prob just to be sure it wont go over 90°

I dont know about thee rest of your enclosure, but You are good to go with the light and if you follow that supp schedule :D

I'm still gattering all the stuff i need so my cage is not yet set up. And thank's for your advice for the schedule.:)

no problem... when you get your cage set up fill out the ask for help form and post a pic of the enclosure so you can get help on that

Umm...this is not his feeding schedule, it's his supplementation schedule. It is calcium every other day and vitamin supplement with D3 twice a month...

So, it's calcium 3 days a week, Vitamins with D3 twice a month...that's a very good schedule. There is no one right answer to this. Trust me, people will come here and argue with both of us because there is little agreement, but this schedule certainly seems to fall into the realm of acceptable.

The OP has a 3 month old panther. you want to have callcium w/o D3 at least 4 times a week... calcium w/d3 and a multivitamin twice a month.... you can cut down on the d3 calcium if the cham does good time outside and gets unobstructed (through a window) sun.

Every other day is 3 times a week one week and 4 times a week the next (so, out of the four weeks in a month, 2 get calcium 3 times a week and 2 get calcium 4 times a week)...He(I assume?) is giving a multivitamin with D3 that I believe has calcium twice a month...how is that far off of what you suggest?

If you look (again) his first wednesday of the month is the only time he mentions D3 calcium. So thats once a month... his schedule, no matter how you cut it, is only supplimenting 3 times a week...

Did you fail to read his second post?
I've forgot the herptivite of the last friday of the month

I stand by the idea that there is not one perfect way and 3 times a week is certainly not far from 4 times a week...especially as no one knows exactly what "supplement" is happening...

Ok, the most important thing here is the gutloading. Gutloading the feeders you are giving to your cham is the key. What you feed your feeders is what you feed your cham. The main supply of calcium should be coming from your chams food, not the dusting schedule.

Follow a good gutloading regimine (search gutloading) and the original schedule you have for supplementing is ok. Otherwise, the supplementing schedule renzo suggested is better.

Things like, turnip greens, oranges, apples, kale, dandelion leaves, papaya, mustard greens, carrots, ect. are all high in calcium and are excellent gutloads.

Here is a blog that has so much incredible info in it: https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/
This part is all about gutloading: https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/75-feeder-nutrition-gutloading.html

90 is pretty hot for a baby. Bring it down to about 80-83 for a few months. :)

2 times a week for someone who dusts more heavily might be similar to someone who dusts 5 times a week more lightly. While 4 times a week would be great for someone who dusts lightly, it might not be for someone who doesn't dust lightly. Also, the particular Cham might be more sensitive to supplements than renzo's and the brand of supplement might be different. Tons of variables that could affect the whole darn thing.

I like bridgeofaith's answer about gutloading.
