I just got my panther chameleon yesterday and he still hasn't been eating anything. (I'm aware this is probably normal but I'm paranoid I'm doing something wrong) I'm leaving him alone and his ubv and heat lamp are on, as well as his mister. (The water isnt too cold) he's just vibin on the bottom branch and is really dark all the time. It's too early for the lights to go off. He may just be cold but why isnt he goin closer to the light if thats the case?

Your temps are fine... The cage is kinda bare from what I can see. I would add live plants. It being more bare can make them a little more insecure. You only want room temp water do not heat it or cool it. It may take a few days to get comfortable with moving around. Right now he does not know what is going on or where he is.
This would be a good resource for you. https://chameleonacademy.com/chameleon-husbandry-program-getting-started-with-chameleons/

It’s kind of hard to see your cham in your pic that you posted. Your cage is kinda bare adds some real plants for hiding spot is should take you 15 to 30 seconds to find your cham!☺️🦎❤️💖

I added a bonsai plant to the bottom

It's not a live one, I washed it and he doesnt really go on it.
I guess you did not read the links I gave you... You really do not want fake plants in a cham cage. You want live cham safe plants... I would recommend reading through everything below.
