Is my 3 month old veiled cham ready for dubia roaches???

Heyy I been feeding my cham medium size crickets n he loves them but I been thinking to change his diet I been hearing about this dubia roaches been soo good for my cham n there a great source of diet but I was wondering if anyone knew if a 3month old veiled is ready to have dubias I ask cuz I really dnt know the size of the dubias wouldnt like to buy some n then them beein to big for my cham to eat???

As a general rule I don't feed any hard shell bugs bigger than the width of the chameleons mouth. That being said Dubias range from 1/8 inch to about 1.5 inch. So unless your chameleon is super small it should be fine, my Veiled has been eating them since she was only like 3 or 4 inches long (when I bought her).
