Is a 5 gallon big enough??

Hi all,
My office has just recently moved and i have the perfect space on the window sill for a 5 gallon tank. I can put a couple frogs or something in there but i was thinking maybe it can house 1 male pygmy?? would be cool to have one at work. What do you think pygmy people?? thanks in advance.

I am not really a pgymy person but I would not go smaller than a 10 gal. I think you could do a frog but I have never kept them so I don't really know.

Have to be careful with windowsills as they can really heat up a tank. Is it south or west faceing?

the sil is north facing and does not get any direct sunlight. i have been keeping close attention to the temp by the window and its steady 70 degrees. what do you think about the 5 gal. is it big enough?
