Is 75 too low for a basking spot?

Hey guys, lately here in Northridge, CA the weather has been a bit gloomy.
The temperatures have been having a hard time going past anywhere from 65-to 70 or so.
I have a 75 watt basking bulb at the top of my 4ft cage, and my ambilobe's X ambanja's basking spot has been around 75 degrees.
In your opinion, do you think i should be trying to offer him a little more heat?
or is this fine enough for a 5 month old?
Thank you and see you at the NARBC show this weekend :)

For a 4ft in height viv you can use a 100w basking bulb but don't put it too close to the viv..
