introduction of female??

I would like to get a female veiled ready to breed but only have one problem. I can only have one cage. My parents will not let me have 2 cages. Too many bills for lights and too much space taken up. Is it possible to introduce a female to a male and keep them in the same cage forever? if not not a big deal i would just liek another inroduction to my chameleon house. I heard that females when gravid get cranky and moody. Can i keep them together forever or no?

they cant be housed together it will stress them both out.

From my limited experience...probably not the wisest! I purchased my 'pair' and they were housed together the entire first 14&18 months of their life in an exoterra. They appeared happy and content...but health complications eventually caught up with them after being separated and have lost the male, with female on her way to heaven it seems as we speak! Of course other issues ome into play, but irregardless...they were clearly stressed out!
