My chameleon had a shed this morning and his peelings came off very easily. I put about 10 small crickets in for him. He chases after them just fine and concentrates on them but the only problem is that he is starting to be a little more inaccurate. Yesterday, when he arrived, he ate about 8 or 9 in one strike but a couple after took him a shot or two. Today, he was angled down shooting for a cricket that wasn't moving and was about 3-4 inches away from him and he shot a half inch above the cricket twice in a row and the the cricket ran. I put a waxworm on a leaf for him and he shot at it twice, missing both times and then got very close and finally got it. Should i be worried about he inaccuracy to hit crickets with his tongue? Maybe this has to do with his shedding? or he is a little shaken up from moving twice in two days?

Its possible he is still learning to shoot his tongue. However, he shouldnt miss that often. also, your supplements needs more.
he should be getting a calcium wihtout d3 or phosphorus every feeding, and d3 and a multivitamin 2 times a month. its possible that this is causing some of the problem.

I have been using a multivitamin , calcium with d3, and calcium without d3 but i got this repashy super food stuff from Liddy Kammer and she said it replaces everything and gives the right amount of everything for every day feedings

Are you positive that his entire body and head shed? If he still has not shed the head yet he could be still and this will affect his vision. When my cham sheds his sight is a little off.

Listen to the Kammers, they know what they are doing!!!! The other supplementation has worked well for all of us too, so the choice is really yours.

I am not sure that he shed his head. I saw a lot of sheddings on the ground and some coming off of his body. He did it over night. I guess he may still have some on his head?
