In dire need of assistance with (re) setting up my enclosure(s)

Everyone!

I have been very unhappy with my enclosure setups for a while now and I need some assistance with setting up both of my enclosures...

1st enclosure is for my 1 year old panther and it's a 2 x 2 x 4. My second one (for my veiled) is 2 x 2 x 6. I have dragon ledges in both enclosures and starting today I am going to be putting corrugated plastic on the backs and sides of the enclosures.

For some reason or another, I'm unable to get the right inspiration for getting these setup perfect; I have re-set them up several times a piece.

I like the way the enclosures (attached) are done, but I don't know if I'll be able to easily do this with the large cages.

Can anyone offer some suggestions (with pics if possible) on how and what to do to set these up?!

Thanks all! I would really like to keep plants off of the bottom (it helps with smell). Any suggestions on accomplishing this?
