today my cham has been falling, i dont know if its my vines that she doesn't understand or what, but she fell off this loose vine, i guess she trusted it too much, and when she fell she fell in my laying bin. (shes carrying eggs im almost positive)

but thats not it, when i opened the door to see if she was hurt, she was climbing up my plant bucket she fell AGAIN but caught herself, she hasnt fallen since, but when the door was opened, she did something i havent seen her do since she was 2 months~ old. she tried getting out? the door was open and she was walking on the very top of the door, i was scared so i went to hold her, and she did NOTHING. no puffing up, nothing. idk? shes been very trusting recently, but now idk if its trust or something in the cage is scaring her?

as im typing shes on the door frame trying to climb it, am i over reacting?

she is climbing on the frame, could that be why she is falling? she is 7 months old and her feet are too big maybe?
idk when she walks up the cage she sorta slips, she has plenty of ways to get to the basking spot so im not sure what on earth shes doing

well they have to be able to grip well and I know they dont usually grip the doors well or plant pots. You may have startled her to into falling.

Can you take a picture of her? it could be that she is falling cuz shes full of eggs and is uncomfortable and its throwing her of fbalance. however, reoccuring falling can also be a sign of MBD. As for her being trusting, its possible shes just too tired from making eggs to fight you.
how big is her cage? maybe she just needs more space to roam.

My 7 month olf veiled grabs the door and sides like his life depends on it.

i am so glad

okay so, she was climbing on the net side of the cage, and she fell. now, im glad for several reasons,

she fell on the laying bin (its soft) and she is falling on the net.
so.. does this mean she is too big for the tiny holes in the net? shes slipping, but the problem is, she KEEPS TRYING i dont know what to do.

i dont remember the dimensions, i THINK its 24 x 24 x 48 but it looks bigger

as far as pictures go, i'd need to ask to borrow one. but her grip is really good, i was holding her and she had a very firm grip.

i felt around in her stomach and felt nothing.. but maybe shes still making eggs?

If the reason she is falling is ONLY because her toes are too big for th escreen, she will figure it out. Now, if she is falling because of something else, thats an issue. can you please post of pic of her>

this is annoying i dont have access atm... i will look though

, she has ONLY fallen off of the screen. never off vines or plants or anything else.
also, is it normal for a female newton veiled to have blue on her? i've never seen a female veiled with blue..

Do you have a camera phone> sorry I didnt notice your post b4 regarding not having a cmaera. and females can have some colors too.
are you sure its a girl? are there pimple lookoing things on theback of the back feet>
and glad her grip is strong. are her legs straight, no random 'extra' joints showing?
if its only the screen, then its probably just that her feet are too big, however, my guy is 7 months and can still hang upside down on his screen cage

Just checking. Sometimes.. you never know. and there have been times where people have shemales.

LOL man i really wanted a male, and i ordered one, but it turned out being a female according to the site owner. appearently there was a mixup of some sort. so i paid half for my cham... but uh, yeah.
im sitll waiting

Well keep trying. at least you are smart enough to know about laying bins.

is it perstistance or just plain idiocy? she keeps trying to climb it and falling.
she slips off. luckily she doesnt get high enough
