Today was his first time out side and he showed nice colors but then he climed on some chairs and it took 10 minutes to get him out when I but him back in his cage his eyes were sunk in and he was going all over his cage. I dont know what to do.

eyes sunk in is a sign of dehydration. keep a eye on em. you must get em water, a shower where the plant is half in the water, half not. if he wont drink then try a dripper with pedalite... be extremly careful

By the way the OP wrote it, made it sound like the eyes were only sunk in after he took him back inside. If that's the case, I think he didn't want to go in, he wanted to stay out and play a little longer.

Extra water never hurts though.

How hot was it? If he was just climbing on chairs then he could have just been stressed out and the chair could have been hot. If you are going to take him outside there are certain precautions to make. First you need to have a safe place for him to feel secure ( I use a bird cage on occasions), second you need measure the temps same as inside, third to have water available at all times and some shade for him to retreat to. You want his time outside to be pleasurable not stressful. Sunken eyes are a sign of dehydration and that is not good.

Just to clarify his eyes were not sunk in before I took him outside I only noticed them sunk in as I returned him to his cage

There are more than 1 reason for sunk in eyes. Being angry and scared they will pull their eyes in. When they are getting ready to shed they sometimes pull their eyes in. Sunken eyes are a sign of dehydration.

In this case, it sounds like he was angry or scared and pulled his eyes in for that reason. Check his urates, if they are white, dehydration shouldn't be an issue.

man, its the opposite for mine, and i wish he wasn't like that. he hated it outside, and anywhere out of his home for that matter. when i need to get some more extensive cage cleaning done, he is NOT happy to be taken out, and for the next few days, gets freaked out by my presence. like if I have to check something real quick or feed him, its as if he thinks, "oh no, hes gonna take me out of here again"

I turned of his lights about a hour ago and he is showing nice sleeping colors but he is sleeping in a different spot than usual?

I don't have a single Cham that sleeps in the exact same spot every night. In your case, I think that goes along with the fact that he got a little upset today. I really would not worry much about it.

Me neither...mine have "favored spots" that they go to and favored areas but the don't have one spot that is "the sleepy spot". Thank you for that! I had that in the back of my mind as something weird, but I guess it's not so weird.
