As long as glass terrariums are fine, aquariums are not. If I'm seeing correctly, you are using aquarium with no mesh, no air holes and with covered top?
The terrarium looks fine, I would move him there asap.

Really move him in there now? I thought when they're juveniles it's better to keep them in a smaller area cause they'd get lost in the big one and more stressed or something?

both look bare.chams like to be high up.you need some basking branches and a lot more greenery.take a look on here for ideas

For feeding him more things... how large is your chameleon? And how old? I suggest getting some hornworm eggs off Greatlakes hornworms, that way you can raise them to be the size you want. They hatch within two days, if you are feeding pinheads I would probably feed a few day old hornworms, don't forget the hornworm chow either ^^. Hornworms are great and they love them full of calcium and water just don't feed him too many or he will have runny poo, so I suggest only one a day at most.

Soft bodied things like silk worms and horn worms are important in a chams diet. Hornworms are a lot hardier than silkies though so you don't have to worry about losing many.

he is about 3-4 inches right now? i think. havent measured him, and i beleive hes 2 months or so if what the guy at the store said...i forgot to ask kind of. and horn worms right now even?

Depending on how big the hornworms are, the beauty of getting hornworms as eggs is you can grow them to be the size you need, they start out tiny and then grow quite quickly within two weeks they'll be a couple inches, so you'll probably need to sell them to someone unless you plan on breeding them. But I would go for it, hornworms are awesome for them and a great way to start them on other types of worms and handing feeding... as most chams end up falling in love with the little green things XD

I'm not sure if someone said this yet but get rid of the substrate. A loose substrate can be very dangerous to chameleons, I prefer a bare floor but you can use paper towels if you wish. Also, the cage needs more structured foliage to climb on, I suggest a ficus or schefflera that will fill most of the cage, you might be able to get away with just that pothos if you raise it up by suspending it, or putting it on a pail or something to raise it a foot or more, and adding some climbing vines/branches.
