Hi guys,
I wanted to make this thread to see if anyone is interested in my making their pygmy enclosures. I have already sold one to a member(dodolah) on this forum and he seemed to be excited about his new enclosure.
I will use a 10gallon aquarium with hydrotron/screen mesh/activated carbon/screen mesh/organic potting soil & peat moss. Topped off dried almond leaves, twigs/branches and java moss(all baked at 250 degrees for 30 minutes to make sure all bacteria is killed off). I will use any plants that you would like.
10 gallons will start at $150 per enclosure. I can make it different sizes if need be. Local pick up only(socal)! Im afraid shipping will be expensive cause this things get heavy and its pretty fragile.
Here are some pictures as well as a thread I created that marked the progression of the tank.

The pygmies were very happy in their enclosure. I know it was wrong but I also kept a baby panther ambilobe in there. She was happy and loved her enclosure as well.
Edit: If you guys like the manzanita wood, its going to cost extra cause I'll have to special order it. We'll go through all of this when designing the enclosure. I going to pick up some certified organic apricot, plum, peach and nectarine branches this weekend.
