I have these infront of my dads house, and i was wondering would they be safe for my chams to munch on??! They look promising to me.

That looks like an azalea which are poisonous.

Yes, Azaleas. They are indeed poisonous to cats and dogs, so probably reptiles as well. It's a shame, because they're so pretty!
