Couple of pictures of him maybe somebody can see what's wrong with him..

It could be a number of things...we need more information.

However, I don't like it's behavior...hanging by the tail, gaping, weak...

Just his eyeball alone tells you he is danger. Add: hanging by tail, gaping.... if you don't fix it or a vet, buy a shoebox and a shovel. :( don't wanna be harsh, but he is in real trouble.

Current Problem - The current problem is yesterday he was hanging by his tail and having trouble climbing, tonight his mouth is gaped open and seems to have lost all ability to use his legs, I have tried contacting local reptile vet office is closed and even tried emergency line..and all are unavailable so it's not like I'm taking this lightly..I want to save him...

Ca with D3 should be given only every two weeks, like a vitamin, also. Dust with plain Ca every feeding or about 4-5 times a week. Flukers gutloads are basically no value, you need fresh veggies to go with Bug Burger or Cricket Crack (or similar). 1 1/2 -2 years old is when these problems rear their head. It is textbook. Also, that Exoterra bulb in a 48" cage is useless also. He should have a linear T5 HO 24" 5.0 or 6%, changed every 6-12 months. Sorry to say, not trying to mean at all, he is in real need of help. Most don't recover with help, and without help...... :(

Until you get a proper UVB light source you can take him outside for some real sunlight. That is better than any tube or bulb. If you can move the whole cage to get direct sunlight (no glass in the way of it) that could be an instant help.
Also consider getting a multivitamin like Reptivite and use it for one dusting every 2 weeks.
And keep us updated!

I just read the other thread and im very sorry about your guy. Hope you will find a good vet who can help.

When was the last time you changed your UVB compact? They are only good for 4-5 months max then their UVB output become considerably less and your Cham can still develop metabolic bone disease.
