I need help identifying this chameleon

I was debating on buying this little one but I can't determine what type of Panther chameleon it is or if it's a male or female. Anyone able to help?

It appears to be female. There is no way of telling what locale it is at this age.

Ok. I wasn't sure if it's male or female. And that is most important. I just know it's very aggressive and saw some color under the chin. I was hoping it was a male

Very quick and did not want to stay in one place so I think this is as good a pic as im gonna get. She/he is priced at 150. I see green and red color on her/him. Under the neck turns red and near the eyes on the head there's deep green developing. I want a male Panther chameleon so this pretty much determined whether I get it or not. This was a special order for someone but they backed out and now the store can't find a home. Says it's been there for a few weeks now
