i miss my cham :(

Ive not been on here in a long time because i was having to give up my cham due to expecting my first child in feb....unfortunately my cham became ill two months ago and i lost her shortly after.....so i thought today i would come back an admire everyone elses chameleons and think of my E.D. before she got ill
ive lost pets befor but it feels strange not having her around

I am so sorry to hear you lost her. It's horrible to see a poorly cham. They have a way of getting to you like no other pet. When I lost Lily, the house seemed so empty without her so I know just how you feel. On a more positive note, you have your new baby to look forward to in the New Year! Don't forget to post 'real' baby pics for us to see!

I know baby will keep me busy its just filling in the gaps from my cham, she just did 'something' that would keep me smiling and its just crazy lol hopefully i can get another cham in a few years tho

I know what you mean - the routine comlpletely changes when there's no misting or feeding to be done. Perhaps you could take up a 'crafty' hobby to occupy you when you most need it? It's hard to get over losing a cham, but things do get easier. Having said that, I had a new baby cham within a week as I missed Lily so much.
