One day shouldn't make a big difference. Do watch that she's pooping because a lot of "basking" is for digestion, but I doubt you'll have an issue.

Been there done that with the timing system and a power outage...no issues at all with the animal...no cycle problems either...

She has been sleeping for a couple of hours, do you think that it is because of the lack of the basking light.(she was sleeping while the UVB light was on). Thanks for your replies guys I really appreciate it

It isn't normal for them to sleep during the day. You might want to fill out the "how to ask for help" form and see if people have advice that can help.
