I just got an digital thermometer from exoterra and i looked at the temperature and for the baskig spot is 28-31 one celcius and in the rest of the cage it is 24-26 celcius is thise okay

lol... ummm what is it in Fahrenheit?
Seems like the rest of the cage can be a bit cooler (depends on the type of your chameleon though)
