She already looks 100% better than when i got her. I am just so happy i might be able to make her life better.

Ofc you will! she looks healthy![]()
could you tell that from the pic?
I love my tank, but im serously thinking about building a mesh cage just for her. I want to see her survive, anything i can do will me worth it.
heating-wise, when you go to turn off her daytime basking bulbs you can replace them with infrared heat bulbs for the night so she stays warm. I think that to be the best idea. Just wait for the bulbs to cool before unscrewing them lol.
By looking on so many people's different kinds of husbandries on this site you get a type of a chameleon eyeYou can tell whose more healthy and those who are living the worst.
Your chameleons eyes isnt sunk in. Which means the the dehydration isnt a problem. I can see a lighter color while she is sleeping in the night and the colors are truly there. That means that the general state is good. Now i dont see anything inside your cham... examples, kidneys, poop or urnate.
Laughin here in my room haha, i dont want to see that... I said like now, I dont see the inside so i cant see if she is healthy inside.. Not that i want you to rip her open.
sorry for my english![]()
Is that fake turf grass stuff a good thing to use for the bottom of my cage?
in your case, it wont be bad. to me a cold glass bottom will keep feeders cold and moving slow.
it will also help with humidity since you just took out all your substrate...btw, what is your humidity now?
just clean it about once a week or two depending on how dirty it gets.

My humidity goes from 50% when I am not misting and to 75-80% when I mist. I need to get my temps up, My cage is in a fairly cold shop, the infrared bulds i had were burning my live plant. household bulbs don't seem to warm it enough, mybe if I put like 3-4 of them it would. Also, I have a repti-glo 5.0 48" bulb and a spot grow buld for lighting, is this sufficient?
i think that my girl veiled has broken ribs, they are not in a straight line. The vet gave her a clean bill of health, but they look wierd to me, I might be an over paranoid parent but still. she still doesn't eat well.
