where do u guys measure the humidity frm inside ur enclosers and what should it be foe a veiled

I measure half way to the top. veiled should be 50% or above. Mine did fine surfing between 40% and 70% through the day.

I dont even measure from inside the cages, I just have 3 hygrometers
mounted on the wall next to them.

SHouldnt matter if its the hot end or cold end. As bunny said, you can also put them in the room. It should be the same everywhere unless there is very little air flow (glass tank).

Yep, if you have screen cages, it will be the same as the room.
Exception may be, if you have the sides covered with plastic or something.

I have a hygrometer about 60% high my cage. I try to keep the humidity between 30-60 a little higher when in shed .
