atm im only getting about 45% humdity before misting after misting im getting about 85% humditiy should this be more ? will a fogger help me to achieve more humidity as im not to sure what levels of humidity i should be aiming for ?

Thats not too bad. I always thought around 50% was a good median and then spikes when you mist. Do you have a dripper? Live Plants?

My cham cage stays around 45% when it's been a few hours between mistings, and my cham seems fine. When I mist I get it up to 80% and then it slow drys out.

yeah i have a dripper and also a ficus in there

Thats seems fine. I dont think you need to do anything eles.
