Humidity

I recently posted a thread about rebuilding my new cages! After doing so I have noticed a 15 to 18 % increase in humidity between the misting times.The overall humidity is very consistent!!! The humidity now between misting cycles stays at 60 plus % and after misting is at 70 to 75 %. I use a lot of artificial plants but the REAL THING has made a significant impact on the overall humidity !!! I just wanted to say even OLD DOGS can learn new tricks!!!

Yeah, I had fake vines with leaves and had trouble keeping my humidity up to even 40%. I had to mist all the time. I added a benjamin ficus and it helped a lot. I'm planning on adding a pothos or a potted wandering jew or something soon.

What live plants did you go with?

Sorry,I just got back to this thread or I would have responded sooner!!! I used 1 corn plant,one pothos and 1 schefflera. the corn and scheff are on the floor in pots and the pothos is hanging.
