What kind of chameleon? 80-90% in your cham cage or in ur part of Oregon.. that's a lot of humidity.

hes a flap neck cham and everywhere we have tons of humidity cause i live on the coast.

I know nothing of flap necks specifically.. so take my advice with a grain of salt. but giving ur high humidity I'd say 2-3 times a day at 2 min would be plenty.. ensuring it dries completely inbetween and at night.. to wet can cause respertory problems..

yeah i dont mist him after 3pm so that his cage is dry with he goes to sleep

I prefer less misting for slightly longer durations but that's just me. I feel like its less stress. But sounds like ur guys doin well with it. so unless a flapneck expert comes by I'm gonna say ur good
