Humidity level

I have been reading about humidity and some say 40-60 and some say much higher so what is the right level that I should set my humidifier at to turn on

Depends on the cham species. What do your humidity levels range between now? You don't want a constantly high humidity level (such as 80%), but rather a series of cycles from higher (right after spraying or fogging) dropping to a medium level so the perches and plants can dry a bit each day.

I have a 4 1/2 month panther cross in a 24-18-30 I have a mist king that goes off at 8am 1 pm and 6pm for 3 min and the humidity levels ca get down to low 40s between misting and in the 30s over night
