Humidity for Roaches?

What humidity should my Dubia roaches be at to successfully breed? I live at 5% humidity Colorado (due to fires).

I want to do this as low maintenance as possible please I don't know if misting would be good cause I don't want to soak the egg crate (?).

well i have like 400+ dubias right now and i keep them at 35%- 40% humidity and they are doing grate . lots of babies too .
i read somewhere that they can be keet at 60% humidity .
for me works perfectly 35-40% .

well thats just my humidity at like 91F .i dont do nothing thats just the lowest for my house .

well to much ventilation will get the humidity to drop.you can adjust the ventilation and see how it goes.
A paper towel with water on it could help with humidity .thats all i got for the moment ,i dont have any more ideas .

and also a water gel dish will raise the humidity

also u can use a sponge with water but that is kinda impracticable cose it gets stinky

Thanks I put some apples in there. Will oranges, apples, etc. raise humidity? Thanks

well since oranges have a lot of moisture to them i guess they could raise the humidity a little-but i dont think they could do a significant % .apples i doubt.
