Humidifier

My husband is currently constructing a cham enclosure from scratch (he is very talented and we work at a lumber company so mats are super cheap for us). We will have a dripper system but I want to add a humidifier as well to sit near the cage. We live in a very humid are of the country (Mississippi) however being indoors with the AC running, the air indoors will be much dryer. Would you recommend a cool mist humidifier or a warm mist humidifier?

Ultrasonic cool mist. Just be warned, they are a pita to constantly clean

Living in such an environment and having a child with asthma, I am well versed in cleaning humidifiers unfortunately. Thank you for the suggestion!

They are definitely a PITA but a necessary evil. Our outdoor humidity is 80% on a clear day during the summer. Thanks again for the advice!

If you use distilled or RO water in the humidifier it won't need cleaning nearly as often.
