How to make a sloooooooow drip?

Im not having much luck making a slow dripper, say one drop every 2-5 seconds(aka icecube melt). I can get it down to 1-2 drops a second with some aquarium line and a valve, but it either uses way too much water, or stops when the tank is half empty.

I use plastic tubing and stopcocks.
Something like this:

I take 64oz Gatoraid bottles and hang them from the ceiling with the tubing
leading to the cage and control the amount of drip with the stopcock.

Like in hospital IV bottles.

One of several reasons I quit fussing with drippers a lot time ago. They are a hassle and never seem to be adjusted the way I want. Too slow a drip won't attract your cham to drink. Too fast and it runs out too soon, or the water pressure in the tank drops too low and it stops dripping completely.

Just mist regularly enough and they will get enough hydration from the mistings
