When do you know when your, both male and female veiled cham is ready for mating? Cant find the word for it... omg :S

She is 8 months
He is 9 months

I would wait a few more months.
Even though at these ages both chameleons have reached sexual maturity, they are still within the first year of growth and calcium should be going to bone development instead of egg production.

After the female has reached the one year mark, she will give you clues that she is receptive to breeding ... primarily by displaying blue stripes in her casque and blue stripes and speckles on her body.
