How to keep humidity up

In the container they're in the hatch rite or what ever your using will stay moist. That should keep the humidity up.

Don't put any air holes in your lid and humidity will stay consistent.

Will this cause air circulation problem? I have read many argumentation to whether the lit should be kept open or close.

I opened my lid once every so often (weeks) not just to photograph the eggs as they were developing, and to check for any moldy eggs, but to get some fresh air in there. It's not super important though, as these eggs would normally incubate in 12" of forest floor, so it's not like they would naturally enjoy a gentle breeze every day. But I would freshen up the air a little, yes, and check that everything was still doing well.

I put mine in Tupperware with hatch rite and poke a needle size hole. I keep the containers in a hovabator and fill the bottom with water. I don't turn on the hovabator because it runs too hot. Average temp is 75-78 during the day, 70-74 at night. The hovabator has 5 pencil size holes on top of it so the water evaporates periodically. Take in consideration that When the eggs are burried in the wild there is still some oxygen in the soil. The soil also goes through dry/wet cycles.
