How to get Monty to like mist?

I haven't bothered you guys with my threads enough recently

I have tried warm mist, that helps a LITTLE but he still does not like it. What else can I do to make him like mist?

When he was around 5-6 months old he kept running away, so I STOPPED misting HIM and now he isn't used to it.

I mist the enclosure but I wish he would get used to the mist.

Sherlee didn't like being misted till I got a rain dome - when I move it over to her cage on the weekends she goes right for it- have you tried spraying through the top of the screen ?

Mine didn't like misting from a spray bottle, but I got him a mistking system (much finer mist than a spray bottle) and he literally runs underneath it when it comes on.

I want a raindome from aquazamp since he likes the drips more. It will also help water the plant and give humidity (some mist left over).

I was just wondering if there were any tips or tricks in the mean time to get him to like it.

Maybe the next time he hisses at me and I'm handling him, I will see if I can put some water in his mouth for him to drink. Then he will come to the squirt bottle like brave does

Are you using a pump sprayer? You could probably cut a hole for the spray end in a plastic container and stick the end in and get the same effect as a dome -

pump sprayers have a finer mist - he might prefer it to a spray gun as well

Oooh thanks for the advice I will save for that and aquazamp
