Anyway, try to not handle him so much. If you got him a few days ago, and you're handling him 1-2X a week, give him his space. He's still trying to get used to his new digs and needs time to settle, which sometimes takes a week to a month depending!

Please only give him calcium w/ D3 twice a month, alternating weeks of your multivitamin, not every week. Also, consider getting him a dripper that will slowly drip throughout the day.

If he hasn't pooped in the next day or two, a *SMALL* drop of olive oil on a cricket may help lube the pooping process. Try to give him different feeders that are softer (hornworms, silkworms, etc - check out the sponsors on the website to buy some). Feeding mealworms and crickets is going to make him bored. And crunchy bugs can cause the poop chute process to be slow because crickets and mealworms have tougher exoskeletons.

Seriously though, chill. Your new to him, he's new to you. Let the little guy settle in, give him his space and let him do his chameleon thing. Order some small hornworms or silkworms and offer him those. Might want to only order one pod of one kind at a time, because when you get them and keep them warm, they grow like crazy in a matter of a day or two.

Make sure he's drinking/well hydrated and he will defecate no problem. One trick to help them out is to put them in the shower on a live plant for a bit. Not directly in the showers water stream but indirectly so there still getting splashed a bit. You can do this by aiming the shower head at the shower wall and placing the Cham/plant in the droplets that are bouncing off the wall. This usually will stimulate them to go if they have to
