how to feed Pigmy chameleons

Hi there!

I've feed my chams with a tong, I hold one leg of the "micro cricket (i know but i'm like a samurai ) and put the tong near the cham so he can see and eat it... But this crickets are so tiny...

I've feed them with 1/8'' or tiny ones.... since the store where i've bought the 1/4'' close...


So i've to buy 1/4'' and find the best way to feed them...

what is your advices guys?

i am trying cup feeding, had tried free feeding but too hard to
make sure they are eating. thus the cup attempt.

I free range slightly smaller than 1/2" crickets with no issue. I had thought that the crickets were too large but that is the size they go after right away. These are nearly adult brevs that are a couple inches long.
