any ideas? im thinking i could cut a large lid in half and put it a few inches up over the cup, kinda like a roof over the feeding cup? somebody must have tried to cup feed with a mister before, enlighten me please:D, thanks in advance

I use 32 oz. ziploc cups. Cut the bottoms off and put aluminum screen on it then melt the plastic to it with a hot butter knife so that the screen bonds and then trim the excess off with scissors after it cools (a quick rinse under cold water). It's much cleaner looking and holds better than using a glue gun.

You can also try this:

ditto.

I actually want some moisture in there to hydrate my feeders that last a few days.

You gotta enjoy the eating habits of adult chameleons.
The feeders sit in the cup for days sometimes.
You don't have Otto anymore, so I'm not sure if that is a problem for you.

Thanks for the advise, i poked some holes in he cup for now, we will see how it works, unfortunately my cages are on the small side(soon to be bigger) and the water gets into just about everything, if the pin holes dont work i have some fiberglass mesh screen, but i kind of thought that crickets could chew through it... ill figure it out
