How should i make a drainage system

for my 16x16x30 reptibreeze, i have a pothos sitting at the bottom on top of the plastic bottom sheet...I don't like the way I have my dripper going into a 12'' plastic pan and it sits until i empty it every day, someone please help me-give me some ideas as to how i could easily clean, and not keep water sitting on the bottom inside the cage.

Just like any other cage, set it on some sort of raised shelf with some holes drilled in the bottom pan and a larger tub under it.
