I'm not sure how to add a poll but I'd be very curious as to how long everyone's pygmy chams live to?
POLL:
1) How long do your pygmy typically live (EXCLUDING disease/trauma)?
2) How long do your pygmy typically live overall (including any possible cause of death including husbandry/disease/eggbound)?
3) What is the oldest pygmy you have ever had?
4) How many pygmies have you had total overall?
5) What SPECIES?
My Answers:
1) 2.5-3years (they def show signs of aging by the 2.5 year mark)
2) just under ~2 years if you count in all possible causes of death
3) just over ~3 years old
4) ~15 over the span of 7 years?
5) All R.brevicadautus
I'd be very interested to know how old pygs live in other people's care. Are my guys making it to good old age or am I a bad keeper :x
