How often should I be giving d3?

So I've got a new cham, only had him for about a couple weeks and I want to just double check that I'm doing his supplements correctly. I've heard so many mixed messages about how often to give chams calcium with/without D3 so I figured I'd just check in with you guys.

I have a container of reptiCalcium WITHOUT D3
I also have a container of Zoo Med's reptivite WITH D3

I have been feeding him repticalcium without D3 at every feed, and will be giving Zoo Med's reptivite with d3 twice a month. Is that correct?
Is there anything else he needs?

I recommend supplementing veileds and panthers the same BUT not all species required the same amount of supplements as veileds and panthers.

Ok thankyou. I will wrote that down. I was gonna say I can't see myself getting more then one. But we all no how reptiles can be....and Mellers are pretty sick.
