how often can i handle my baby chameleon?

So I got my very first chameleon!! He is 6 weeks old and got him 3 days ago! He is very active and eats great. I was wondering how often can I hold him? He's always in this creamy green color like any other healthy baby. i just took him out once and he was perfectly fine! He didn't run away or anything and when he walked.on my hand I took him out and let him walk all over the place and he stayed in that green color.never turned into dark green or brown with stripes, so I knew he wasn't stressed out. (This was only a 5 min time period)but from you guys how often should I be handling him? Even the breeder said he doesn't know why people say you cant handle chameleons.

I try to handle mine every other day unless he's shedding but don't let him scare you when he gets older cuz the more you jump the whose it'll get. Mine was 9 months when I got him and the store I bought him from only had one girl who would care for him sho he was mean and grumpy now he chills on my ball cap while I play video games
