How often can I feed my Cham Dubia

I got some roaches from petco to feed to my veiled. She is big enough to eat the ones I bought but how many a day or a week can I feed her?
Today I just did 2

I feed my little baby hornworms, crickets, silkworms, butter worms, and dubias. (waxworms in his b-day) I feed dubias once a week. Always gut load the roaches with some veggies before you feed them to your cham.

Dubias can be fed as often as crickets, definitely gutload first.

I'm looking into alternatives to see if m Jackson will eat more if he has something different.
He seems to love eating his plant more than crickets most of the time.
