just ordered a mistking starter kit. i have a 2x2x4 cage with a umbrella plant and drainage. my light goes on from 11 to 11. what would be a good misting schedule and how long each interval. i do have a dripper will i still need it. my last panther may have passed due to dehydration. my new panther is 4m old

Mist him 3 or 4 times a day, when I mist my Pascal I usually do it for 3-5 minutes, depending on his reaction to the "intrusion". Misting is important because he will drink it, but it also helps with the humidity in his cage. (when i mist, the humidity jumps from 40-50% to 70-80%).
I would keep the drip system, as it will give him water throughout the day, and he can drink whenever he wants.
Also, don't over water, like if you mist the first time, when you come back it shouldn't still be soaked.
